Urgent! Reference letter need help

Hi am 22 nov AOR CEC . I started read this forum and now I know that my reference letter do not include my job duties. I didn't know and my employer too how should looks this letter. Do I have chances to contact with cic to explaine or add new reference letter? If they will reject my application I will do not have a chance for new ita because I will not have 600points for lmio. Please I need advice or number where can I cal.

You can refer this thread which will help you to prepare a reference letter. you might want to submit the reference letter via CSE.

If your employer is wiling to write a new letter that includes all the required details, and you manage to upload it and get it added to your application BEFORE it is refused, then yes, IRCC will take it into consideration. But you had better hurry.

Thank you for all advise. My employer already write new reference letter with job duties and I upload by webworm to IRCC with explanation so I hope they will be satisfied because I'm really worried. This is just a mistake I just didn't know. when I upload my documents I didn't had a hint what should be included in this letter. Now I can just wait.
