URGENT: Questions for Federal Skilled Worker Stream in Express Entry...

Hi,

I am currently international student in Ontario and I will be graduated bachelor degree on June 2017.
I have company where worked since March 2016 as a part-time in Fall and Winter (because I am in full-time student) and full-time in summer. (It is NOC B job)
Also, manager wants to offer me a Nominee as an international student stream when I finish my degree and start as a full-time job.

But my questions are after I get nominee and apply for PR.
1. Am I able to apply as Federal Skilled Worker in Express Entry? (Or only have to apply as CEC in my case?)
2. If I can apply as Federal Skilled Worker, do I still need 1 year work experience after graduation? (Or can I just create Express Entry account and apply for PR as soon as I get Nominee from OINP?)
3. I already know that the part-time work while I am in student visa does not count for 1 year work experience in CEC. How about for Federal Skilled Worker? Will this part-time & full-time work will count part of at least 1 year work in Federal Skilled Worker?
4. This was what one of my friends told me. For the Federal Skilled Worker stream, do immigration officer only count the work that I have done outside of Canada? They don't count the work I have done in Canada?

Please help.

Thanks,

1 - You can apply for FSW IF you have one year of full time continuous work experience. For CEC, you need one year of full time work experience in Canada.

2 - No if you already meet the FSW requirements.

3 - No and it wouldn't help you anyway as it has to be continuous work experience in order to meet the one year requirement.

4 - You can get points for both work experience in Canada and foreign work experience for the FSW program.

Thank you for your reply.
But I cannot understand few of your answers.

For #1, in CIC states, "at least one year (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous full-time or an equal amount in part-time." It says part-time as well. And I will be even in same job after graduated. That is not continuous?

For #3, so you mean the work that I have done since March 2016 to graduation date does not count toward to at least 1 year of work in FSW?

1 - You can meet the requirements with part-time experience but it also has to be continuous, so if you have two years working 15 hours per week (continuously) that would meet the requirements for 1 year of work experience.

3 - Correct.
