URGENT Question!

Hi,

I have applied for study permit from outside Canada. Since I had a visitor visa I traveled to canada before my study permit (student visa) was issued. Now my request is approved and I am asked to send my passport for the student visa to be attached to my passport. Since I am already in Canada, do I have to send the passport to the visa office that I applied to (Turkey) or I can send to office inside Canada? Also, since I am already in Canada how will my study permit be issued as it should be issued at the border when entering Canada?
Any suggestion is appreciated!

You have to contact Canadian embassy in your country and explain your situation..

Thanks. It is just impossible to get them on phone. And emails, it takes them forever to reply !

Only someone who work in immigration department can help you ..

You can change visa status while in canada ,, so nothing to worry.. but you have do as soon as possible. Visit an immigration officer with all documents. He will help you.
