URGENT QUESTION

I have been requested for and completed my IMM5669E schedule A. I have to attach an addendum to it for question 8 since there was not enough fields on document. I have saved both in PDF format and now need to upload them. They are saved separately..... can I upload twice (one for their form and once for my addendum or are they requiring me to somehow attach the addendum and only let me upload once. OR would it be better to print, sign, date and mail it to them? If the latter where do I mail it!?! This is so frustrating. I have them saved on thumb drive but two different files. Help please!!!!

You surely should be able to upload IMM5669 form through your Online Account.......but am not quite sure if you could upload IMM5669 form and then upload the addendum..........upload through Online Account is the preferred option...........however, scroll to the 2nd page, i think they provided other options......starting at the bottom of page 1, "Should you choose to submit this form to the Case Processing Centre Mississauga by mail or through the IRCC Web form, you must complete additional steps prior to submission:"

Someone earlier reported having issues uploading the form.........

I think since you are currently living outside Canada, and applying under the Family Class, you could send it to the IRCC address where you first sent the sponsorship application package......Case Processing Centre Mississauga........refer checklist.

Although i prefer uploading to Online Account, if you decided to send my mail, please include a copy of the letter from IRCC, a cover note and send by courier so you have a tracking number for future references.....

I’d upload IF I were able to even open a pdf form that I could validate. Every time I click on the link it says I need updated Adobe Reader but when I try to update it tells me it’s already updated...... so have to open in pdf that I cannot validate.... plus cannot upload addendum.... my husband is worth all this stress tho. Thanks for the address!!

Much better to submit by IRCC webform as opposed to submitting via mail.

I went there and couldn’t figure out how to do it.... these things are so confusing as to which box to select etc..... I’ll look again Got their phone number so will also call them today and see if I can get someone to walk me thru it. Hopefully I will be able to get someone..... have to be creative to call them from US.... But that sounds like the way to go... Thanks!!

Have a weird question.... 9 years ago I was married to a Scientologist and of course I had to become a member of the International Association of Scientologist. I subsequently left (fled) and have not been associated with them in years. Is that considered an Organization type they are referring to on 5669 Schedule A question 7 ... membership or Association with Organizations?? If so I’ll put it in but if not I would rather not be associated with them.
