I have Post Graduate Work Permit for 3 years and have studied 2 years in Toronto, Ontario. If I work for a year in Alberta and apply for AINP after January 2, 2018 (as per new rule). Do I also require LMIA or am I exempted under international trade agreement R205(c) (ii) code C43?
