Hello!!everyone m protected person and my application is still in process ( second stage ). Can my parents apply visitor visa or if I can apply from inside Canada ?
They should apply from there country, your PR application have no connection with their visa application. If they meet the requirements as mentioned on cic website, they will get visa

You can apply on their behalf online, but it will be processed outside Canada. They can send their passports to the VFS in their home country if approved.
