URGENT question regarding updated background declaration form

Dear all,

Once again I need your help. I have been asked to submit additional documents in which background declaration form is also included. In the personal history form they have mentioned "Provide the details of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever comes first".

I am 25 years old (single) and 10 years ago I was 15 years old and studying. Now should I provide my personal history starting from the age of 18 years or should provide it for the last 10 years?

Please help.
