how is ones work experience verified? does one go through interview to confirm that you have the job experience? if yes is a professional in ones field invited to do the interview? i urgently need an answer to these questions

Visa officer will check key works in your resume with the description of profession he or she will have. You need to prove that you are working in such and such company at such and such position. They do ask for a job description from the employer, but you can say that it is not employer policy (if you could not get it). As a proof of job you can show appointment letter, incement/ promotion letters if you could not get an experience certificate from employers.
