Can anyone advice for D and F what should I write in the guide they wrote N/A but no option for that

Write/Tupe there : N/A or not applicable at both places you asked. Both parents do not have canada citizenship on the date of application but they will get it at the same time of child/minor.

Hi , I have a Similar Doubt on 8 E while filling CIT 0003 for Minors . It is asking for Parent Citizenship certificate number . As we are not citizen yet, we do not have citizenship Certificate number . When I check the instruction guide , it does not even mention anything about 8 E. So confused what should I write here. Please advice.
