Hi guys. I took third party CELPIP English test and passed. JUST have urgent question about 9E on the form.
E LANGUAGE INSTRUCTION FOR NEWCOMERS TO CANADA(LINC)
*This section needs to be completed by applicants choosing previous LINC results as proof of language.

Request for authorization
By selecting"YES" in the box below, and by signing this application form, I hereby give my consent to CIC to access my LINC results held by CIC in order assist CIC in determining my citizenship eligibility.

Note that if you do not provide consent, you will be required to submit alternate acceptable proof of language with your application!

Should I selecting YES or NO????? OR just leave it ??

You select NO as you didn't take a LINC course, and you are submitting CELPIP with your application.

PMM is right. Don't leave any questions unanswered. When someone providing alternate language proof should select NO.
