In the e -court portal , my surname is shown as the same as that of my estranged spouse's, in the divorce petition case log, as part of usual custom followed in this part of our country. But in reality, I have never used that surname ever , not even in any form or document . I am separated for more than 6 years n the only reason the divorce is still not finalised is because the other person is absconding from all court appearances. The legal notices are sent to his last known office address as his current whereabouts are not known. Since I am thinking of giving the e-court reports as proof of the filed divorce , what should I do about the surname issue? Should I explain in LoE with other declarations and get the Thing notarized altogether,or make separate affidavit for this ecourt report mistake?

P.S. I already declared in personal details that I am legally separated and have never used any other name than my maiden name.
