urgent query regarding Valuation Certificate for visa??

Dear Member Esp Sharjeel Bhai, MHFahad ,Gufran Khan & other

i am applying for visa tomorrow inshallah online but i have my properties out of my province like i have properties in Punjab but i lives in sindh, can i make valuation certificates of those properties from local (my city) Architect ?... he can do that or i have to find some one in that particular area of punjab to do this for me .
will appreciate quick response

If u have property papers like drawings plans stuff add it valuation can be done by any registered engibeer
