URGENT QUERY REGARDING HIGHER STUDY IN ONTARIO

Good Day !!!!!

I need your advise here as my one of friends is B.Com from Delhi University ( correspondence ) with 48 %.

In addition to this, he has 3 year full time diploma in electronics with 67%.
Presently he is into technical job profile for more than 3 years.

Now he is very keen to join higher studies in Ontario, could u please suggest which college he can apply ?

Can he go for post graduate diploma in computers ?

Please advise urgently

So question is does he wants to study or want to immigrate? if he wants PR then rather than studying in Canada I would suggest doing a masters level course in his home country take up a skilled job and then apply for Express entry directly no point in wasting so much tuition fees. use the CRS tool and see what his score is if its 450 + then dont go for Canadian education unless he wants to study and come back
