Please help me with my 2 urgent queries.
1) my husband the principal applicant has got 69 points for fsw, the route which we are taking to apply for EE. is it compulsory to have one year work experience here? my husband even without any work experience has got 69 points. please advise because we are thinking of worse case scenario. husband work experience might not be accepted by CIC because we dont have official letter from company confirming job duties. we however will submit all other documentation such as contract of employment, pay slips for 3 years, official letter confirming dates of work job title etc, self declared affidavit confirming job duties and evidence from company's hr that they cannot provide job duties.
2) we have got my husband's wes eca but we are still waiting for mine which will take time. can we in the meantime create our ee profile without my eca? will we get additional points later once we update the ee profile after i get my wes eca? can we update our ee profile later after we create it now?
