Dear All,

My visa is valid for Canada and I went there and started my studies. But due to my family circumstances at home, I had to return, and now after two years the COVID-19 thing and all the other matters. I plan to go back to start studying again. I have the following questions.

I understand that I need to apply for a new admission so once accepted can I travel back to Canada (which would not be an issue since my TRV is valid) but since I left Canada and studies discontinued, but with the new Letter of Acceptance would I face in trouble entering Canada?

I appreciate a most expert response to my concerned matter.

thank you in advance.

You need new LOA and study permit. Your study permit would have been cancelled as schools are required to notify IRCC if a student is not longer studying. Also you have been outside Canada more than 6 months so cancelled too.

Thank you for response.

The study permit is given at the Port of entry so I need to travel to Canada with my LOA and this will be done on arrival. Correct me if it's otherwise.

Would it be a smooth process. Thanks

Are you a US citizen? If not, You need apply for a new study permit with your LOA. It isn’t given at the port of entry. Where are your from because you may need a medical.
