URGENT QUERY FOR FSWP: NOC 0112

URGENT ADVICE NEEDED!!!!
Hello Everyone!
I am preparing my documents for applying by end of this month under FSWP NOC:0112. I have not hired any consultant, rather doing on my own. Last minute, someone tells me that i dont secure 67 points of eligibility. I would really appreciate if you guys can advice me.

My masters degree fetch 23 points, Age 12, IELTS 18/19 (Speaking 8, reading 6, listening 6, writing 6),Employement : I have worked for three years in UK, but part time for term time and full time during my vacations and Uni holidays. I have worked for 7 months full time (less than a year) in BC and now I have been working as a HR MANAGER SINCE OCT 2013. I am unsure of my points in Employement!! SO OVERALL DO I SECURE 67 POINTS??

Dear,
If i m not wrong u will get points as follows:
1. 23 for education
2.12 for age
3.18 for ielts
4. if u calculate on basis of full time then according to your specs u have worked total for HR manager for one years and point for that are 9.
It makes total 62.
OR
4. If u have works either part time (at least 30 hours per week, or an equal amount of part-time) but as an HR manager for three years then u may get points for these i.e total 4 years and the point u will get are 13.
that makes total 66

NOTE*
1.In both scenario u need 5 more point , what i feel it is possible if u take points from adaptability i.e wife ielts (5 points) or relative in canada (5 point).
2. if the above adaptability point some not eligible for u then u have to take more bands/score in ielts to cover these 5 points.
