Urgent queries regarding QSW

I applied for QSW in March 2013 and I got my AOR in August 2013. My BIQ is Paris. I have a couple of questions, if anybody could help me.

1) How to inform BIQ about change of address?

2) Do my spouse and I have to get our credentials assessed? if yes,What should I do for that?

3) when can I expect them for an interview?

2) Yes, they will asses you both in terms of skills and language capabilities

But with the new rules, everybody has to provide french test results. So if you provide them the test results and all your paperwork if fine, you should expect to receive your CSQ with out an interview.
