I have received ITA and we are a family of 2 adults and 1 child. As per the CIC website, the required funds for family of 3 is CAD 19,100.

My question is: If my average balance for last 6 months is CAD 17,200 (less than the required funds) but my current balance is CAD 19,500, will there be a problem?

No.
Average balance is only to look for evidence of loans, borrowed money, and any suspicious large amounts deposited just to satisfy funds requirements.
