Urgent problems for TRV - embassy won't help

Hi everyone, I'm having some problems trying to apply for a TRV for my wife. I'm in Armenia and the closest Canadian embassy is the one in Russia. I've emailed them and called them several times but they won't answer my questions directly and time is running out.

I am a Canadian citizen living in Armenia. My wife is an Armenian citizen. This February, we intend on visiting Canada. The purpose of our travel is to visit my family as well as attend my friends wedding. We're working on a Visitor Visa application and I have a few questions about it.

In the supporting documents, the "Letter of Support", it asks initially for a letter of support that shows evidence that the person providing you with money, can actually do so. It asks to submit a letter with the amount of money they will be providing and evidence of the relationship to you. So my first question is, how do we prove the relationship? Also, it says "Along with the letter, proof that this person has sufficient funds can be shown by submitting as many of the following as possible". One of the things that it suggests is "a letter from the person or institution providing you with money". Isn't that the same as the original Letter of Support? If so, should I submit two versions of it together? Please let me know, thank you.

Next, again in the supporting documents, for "Proof of Means of Financial Support" which states "You must prove that you can support yourself and the family members accompanying you etc". Is this referring to the principal applicant (i.e. my wife)? if so, it asks for bank statements, pay stubs, employment letters, tax reports etc. My wife does not work, nor does she have a bank account so she can't provide any of those. What can I do instead of submitting those things? The only other option, which seems viable, is that it says "a letter from the person or institution providing you with money". The only people who will financially support her while she's there is myself and my father (her father-in-law). Should I be the one to give that letter, or should my father be the one writing it? What kind of details, specifically should be on that letter?'

Third, and I apologize for asking so many questions, but there are separate sections for "Invitation Letter" and "Purpose of Travel - Other". My father, her father-in-law has sent us an invitation letter, with all the information that is required. We are, in fact, going to visit my family. However, my friends wedding is also going to take place while we are there, and we are invited. So, my question is, while we will have a wedding invitation, in the form of a formally written letter in the "Purpose of travel - other" section, should I ask my father to also note, in the invitation letter that he wrote, that we will also be attending a wedding while we are there? Or is it not necessary.

My very last question is this. I know that the application needs to be submitted online. Does that mean that it can only be filled in electronically? Can I print it, fill it out, scan it then submit it? The reason I ask is because there are certain sections of the application which, for whatever reason, it may be a technical thing with the PDF reader I am using, but it displays my filled information incorrectly or doesn't let me input the information. For those sections, I'd like to print them out and fill in those parts by hand. Most of the application forms, however, will be done electronically.

Sorry again for making this so long, but I need to know the answers to these urgently so I can apply ASAP. Thank you very much for your help guys.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1) Your father would not need to provide a separate letter of support. Just tell him to include this information in his letter of invitation.
2) Even though she is not working, does not mean that she cannot have a bank account. If you would be going with her to Canada, perhaps you can show your bank statement?
3) Can't she indicate "tourism" instead?
4) I think your wife can submit a paper application too at the VAC in Armenia:
