Urgent PR query

Please advise if someone travels on old PR card and while he is abroad meanwhile new PR card got issued so does the old PR card becomes in valid and it makes person ineligible to travel back to Canada perhaps old PR Card is still vali

If the old card isn't expired, I think it would be fine.

Your PR card needs to be valid for you to board airplane.
If your old PR card is valid then you will have no issue with boarding.
Once you arrive in Canada there should not be any issue with respect to Old/New PR card as they have your information in their system.
