My husband applied for mpnp before he was married. After we got married , he got his LOA and we now both applied jointly for PR and have even recieved our AOR. my question is will the visa office ask us for more documenation? please help!

My husband applied for mpnp before he was married. After we got married , he got his LOA and we now both applied jointly for PR and have even recieved our AOR. my question is will the visa office ask us for more documenation? please help!

as both of you got married before MPNP issued LOA. your husband shall update the change of marital status with Manitoba immigration. Province will send the complete application to CIC, where you are not part of that whereas your PR application to CIC is listing both of you. there is contradiction which may lead to misrepresentation. Batter is to communicate with province immigration office on this subject if they are going to add up further documents and revision of LOA is there then withdraw your PR application. you can resubmit with updated LOA from province.
