I came to Canada in 2004 to 2009 but I do not live full 730 days.

Please ask the PR card expired, I can wait until the full 730 days to apply for PR card renewal?

I have applied for PR card renewal, but not enough time by 730 days should be denied, so I can wait for enough time to apply again?

If you applied to renew without having enough days, you will be refused. You have basically made them aware that you don't meet the residency requirements so you should apply to withdraw your application and hope they haven't started processing it yet.

If you are in Canada now, you can wait until you have 730 days and then apply to renew.
