[URGENT] PR application payment page timed out, now don't have option to submit

Hi,

I was about to pay for my PR application, went past transmitting the application but the payment page timed out as I needed to be on phone with the bank to increase my card limit.

Now it won't let me pay and submit the application, see the screenshot please: image

I have not received any confirmation that my application was submitted nor fees was deducted from my bank account.

Please help me, the IRCC call center is a nightmare.

Hey, I had the same issue last week when I submitted my application and it got solved automatically in exactly one one hour. It's stressful but give it a time. Hope it solves
