Hi everyone.
I am from a visa exempt country and I received PPR. According to the request letter, I should mail my package (copy of my passport, photos, etc) to the consulate Canada in my country. The letter doesn't mention any service fee.
My mail address is overseas (not in canada). I've learnt that they will send my CoPR back as a physical letter. So my question is, will the consulate send it to me for free? Or should I pay the courier fee?
If anybody knows, I would really appreciate some help!
