We live in WA, USA and we got RFV email last week and sent our passports and photos that I took from Walgreens (2 X 2.75cm) to CPC Ottawa. We got an email today that our photos were rejected and we need to send new ones within 7 days.
Reading the email, it's unclear to me why photos were rejected and what I should do differently this time. From what I can tell, we followed all the specifications including writing Name, DOB, stamp of the photographer, date etc on the back too.
Since this is urgent, I'd be much obliged if anyone can share what can I do in this situation? I don't want to do the same things again and get another photo rejection so hoping to find more guidance. Should I try something other than Walgreens? What else nearby Seattle, WA? Costco does not do photos anymore.
