Urgent police report

i got fingure printed.
But case dismissed later.
I have travelled to USA abd even got my Work permit after that.
I answered the question yes where it says
Have you ever been arrested and expalind everything.

Can i do same for my PR application?
As they ask for police report now

You have to be truthful in all questions otherwise if they find out through other means then I think that would be grounds for misrepresentation.
