my wife is applying for a SOWP and three years ago she worked as a "children speech therapist" for a year in the physical therapy and rehabilitation and rheumatoid therapy center in ministry of defense. So in the case of this question in the application how should she answer ? "have you ever served in any military, militia, civil defense unit, served in a security organization or police force (including non obligatory national service, reserve or voluntary units).”

and in case she has to answer yes. how could this affect the application ?
also this center is part of the ministry's hospital but its made for civilians.

The answer however is yes, she has worked in the department and she has to answer as yes, with regards to affecting the application, the processing time might be longer as they might do additional security checks, but the WP processing time should not be too bad
