my brother is coming from nigeria and the agent bought his ticket from nigeria up to toronto and we live in saskatoon.so we have booked another ticket for him from toronto to saskatoon.
im a litle bit confused here,how is he going to get his gate pass in toronto?
what are the things he needed to do in toronto?
pls,let me know.

Is your brother coming to visit, or arriving as a PR or some other status? When he gets to Toronto, he presents his passport with visa to the Immigration Officer at the airport. Once he is granted entry, he does not need to present anything else for the flight to Saskatoon except his ID.
