Urgent! PLS! Police certificate scan

I need to upload a new Police Certificate and its official translation. I just received them through my e-mail from
my country but the scan is not in color but in black&white.

Can I upload this pdf file in black and white?

I would rather have color scan but I can't get it at the moment.

Was anybody accepted or refused because of this?

No problem either black and white or Colour but it should be clear.Even my brother from dubai he sent me black and white PCC.its fine.
