URGENT- PLS HELP -- Brothers Birth Certificate

My Brothers birth certificate is having the words " NOT STATED " in the name of the child column as it was the practise of naming the child only a month after Birth, but the name of father and Mother is the same as that appearing in my passport, whether such a birth certificate will do ?

I dont think so. U have to to reproduce this by submitting the original copies to AUTHORITIES.

No government department can issue a certificate with name,"NOT STATED".
Your brother's birth certificate must have been issued by the hospital, which is not required by cic. You must get it made from the govt department .
Ask her grandma to select a nice & cute name for your brother as early as possible, so that it can satisfy cic officials.
