I'm a Malaysian, single 24 years old. My parent, sister and brother they all stay in Malaysia. I stay in UK as a student since 2008. Travel to Canada twice (applied twice, each is single entry) which is on 27 July 2011 to 7 August 2011 and 21 Dec 2011 to 14 Feb 2012.
The purpose is pay a visit for my boy friend. Unfortunately, I broke up with my ex bf and then met my current bf. Sadly he is a Canadian as well.
Wish to study in Canada, (english plus internship) therefore applied the Canadian Study Permit on April 2012 and the application got refused because I could not attend the interview. The reason is I live abroad, I stay in UK at that time and posted my application and passport to Canada Embassy in Malaysia.
Due to refusal of application for Canadian study permit, I continue my study in UK, applied for the UK Study Permit and got the UK Study Permit. The UK study permit is valid from 5 Sep 2012 until 3 July 2013.
Continue applied for Canadian Travel Visa on 10 Sep 2012. Would like to pay a visit for my bf again. Application was refused, with below 4 reasons:
1. I have failed to submit documentary evidence to support my studies in the UK.
2. My immigration status
3. My family ties in Canada and in my country of residence.
4. My current employment situation.
I would like to re-apply, this time I have prepare below documentary evidences.
1. Vacation letter from university and a copy of my student card and university time schedule.
2. I will provide the UK border letter proof that I hold a valid study permit in UK; a copy of my study permit identity card
3. I not really understand this point. I will provide photo of us and letter invitation from my bf; flight ticket of my bf(he came paid me a visit on April); letter from my landlord proof that I rent a room from her and the room contract is 12 months; I'm the elder in my family, I have to go back to Malaysia after I finish my study.
4. Telegraph transfer payment receipt from my mom every month (no point to get a job since I have enough expenses); previous and current proving letter as a full time student from university all the time in UK
Can someone please suggest will these details I provide help? My bf has no more vacation leave, therefore I really wish to visit him again.
