Urgent please

Hello All.

I need your help and valuable advice with the following issue :

My father made a previous claims for refugee protection with the united nation high commission for refugee (UNHCR ) in Jordan . My name along with brothers and sisters was mentioned on UNHCR Asylum seeker certificate .

Since i am not the principle applicant for UNHCR . should i indicate that i have made a claims for refugee on the Schedule A Background declaration form (IMM 5669).

Would this affect my application ? Are there any negative consequences ?
