Dear Experts,

I have added 5 entries in my work experience section before ITA. (current employer(3.2 India+2.5 Canada) + 3 Past employers.)

NOC code is 2174 is selected for all 10 years. i already got experience letters(1 India+1 Canada) with job duties from current employer.

1. Do i need to get reference letters with Job duties form 3 other past employers or i can upload offer letter and experience letter provided at time of relieving?
2. if i need to get past reference letters, duties will almost be the same in all letters will that be confusing or give a chance to misleading visa officer

Please suggest?
 
You will have to get a letter from your employers which outlines the number of years you worked for and also the roles you had.
However, many of the companies have a standard letter which may not get into specifics. For example, my TCS letter did not mention the clients and what was my role when I worked with my client. They however outlined some of the job details such as Project Management over 3 years.
I think if you can get a letter on the letterhead of the company - that should be ok.

Also, CIC will get back in touch with you if they need an explanation. So I wouldnt worry too much about it.

If you list the job experience on your EOI for points, then yes, you are supposed to get a letter of reference/experience letter. If the "experience letter" you received has a date at the top of the letter and includes all the required information, then yes, you can use them.
- Start date and end date of employment
- Job title
- Hours worked per week
- Salary/wages/remuneration
- Duties & responsibilities
- Contact information for the company and/or person writing the letter
 
In my case, like many others, my experience letter stated my LAST job title with the company and how long I had worked for them. They did NOT write or mention my salary. Duties and responsibilities were also vague (such as PM, Customer Support etc)
It was signed by the HR on the TCS letter head.
