Hi All,

Requesting inputs for the pre-ITA EE Profile creation phase. I would appreciate senior forum members who may have faced similar situations to come forward.

1. While creating the EE profile, I have a masters in Engineering, for which I have an ECA which says the Canadian equivalency is Masters. However, in the Pre-ITA EE Profile education dropdown called "Field of Study", I do not see an option calling out Engineering. How have others used this dropdown?

2. I did not submit my bachelors degree while getting the ECA, thus, in the pre-ITA EE profile, would it be okay if I submitted it saying that I have a Masters and have an ECA for it, and I have a Bachelors and do not have an ECA for it?

Thanks
Regards
S.

Hi

1. You can choose science, applied

2. you only need to include education that you are claiming points for and have a ECA. Other indicated to me i can include in personal history once i get and ITA and also in a LOE.

Hope this help.

Engineering comes under applied sciences. I don't remember exactly but you will have Master's degree or professional degree to practice in license profession etc etc once you will have ITA.

You will only need to submit the highest degree to claim maximum points and ECA from the highest degree. For B.Sc degree you will have it in your personal history.

Good luck
