I made application under university category in april 2014 I didn't mention about previous visit refusal in london 2012. They refused my student permit on following basis
Refusal reason
1 purpose of visit. 2 I might get inadmissible. other reason. course make sense given me previous experience and education
Again I made an application in general category in june 2014 they refused on following reasons
Lack of authenticity in documents deminished overall credibility. other reason purposed course mot match in light of background education language ability
Both time they said I can reapply if my situation is changed. So much worried I dont know what to do
My profile 10th 51% 2003 10+2 2005 63% bcom 67% 2008 I went to uk in 2009 completed level 7 advance management diploma in 2010. From 2011 January till 2013 November I worked as a resturent manager on post study work visa. ielts 6 not less then 5.5 in each module
Applied in fairliegh dickinson university for Masters in Administrative Science course is all about strategic management and specialized in global leadership paid 7070 Usd + gic
Should I make a new application or they banned me as I didnt mention visit refusal in London 2012
