Hi

I have received invitation to apply on july 25, but when i was going through all the required documentation list, it requires me to submit "offer of employment". I went back to the initial application I filed, under the question"do you have a valid job offer" I put" YES", but when it asked me if this "Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the job offer in Canada?" I answered" NO".

Because I thought the question was asking if i currently have a job now, since I have been working for a qualified job for over a year no, I answered "YES". So the end result is it didn't give me any additional points since it's not LMIA issued ( I would still be invited if i had answered "NO"), but it has become one of the required documentation.

So what I should do now, should I write a letter of explanation to explain this and submit my application still? or should I decline and try to get invited again. My score is 445, it seems kind of risky if I withdraw my invitation.
Please help! As my deadline to submit is approaching....

Thank you!
