URGENT please help! - Inland APP, No Option C print out for 2013 tax year

Hi guys,

I ran out of time to wait for the 2013 Option C print out as it did not arrive within the two weeks (ordered JAN 26), I must submit app before FEB 10 since the visitor Status expires then.

I want to send the app today so it arrives Monday the 9th.

What happens if I send the 2012 print out, along with 2013 T4, and paystubs? (only printed last two weeks). I also printed my notice of assement from CRA online today.

I'm writing a letter stating I could not get the Option C print out on time as of now...

any clues? thanks!

Hi. Read your requirements again. As long as you put your t4s and your paystubs i think you will be fine. They require the option c printout of the most current year. If you have sent recent paystubs i think you should be fine but doest it say paystubs for 6 mnths. Listen my friend dont make hasty decisions. If you wan order yur option c printout and it takes a week or whatever its worth waiting for it and sending the application complete without an questions in your gut. It took me 4 mnths of worki g on it everyday. I checked and rechecked to make sure i had everything and well organized so they dont have to go loooking through papers to find your documents. If it were me i would wait a few weeks and get whatever is needed and then send in your application. Why do you want to give them even one reason to send your application back, delay it or reject it? Patience my friend will see you through. I was approved in 5 months from start to end thats why im telling you. It took 4 months working on it to make it perfect. Im only suggesting. The choice is yours to make. Good luck

I did have my option C printout that I requested in 2014, however it was from TAX year 2012 as at the time I had not filed taxes for 2013, I didnt realize this until 2 weeks prior my deadline, so I ordered via phone the newest one, I just have not gotten it yet.

the reason I cant wait is because my wife's status expires FEB 10th so they have to get the app on the 9th to receive implied status...

I waited 9 business days for the paper but did not get it on time.

I guess you require option C printout for the most recent tax year 2014 otherwise you will need to provide explanation.

I wrote a letter saying I did not get it on time, I can send it upon requests, I'd probably get it monday.

what I sent:
Letter indicating why I didnt include it.
Employment Letter
recent 12 Months Paystub
2012 Option C print out.
Printed 2013 NOA from CRA online.

I just hope they dont send my APP back, and if they requested later on, I will send it.
