Hello Guys,
I am a Palestinian Refugee living in Egypt and my legal status in Egypt is based on a Travel Document for Palestinian Refugees issued by Egyptian government. However, I also have my regular valid Palestinian passport issue by Palestinian Authority. Few days ago, I received ITA, and I am preparing to apply by mid December.
My questions are:
1. Which document should I base my entire eAPR application on?
2. Should I show up the two documents?
3. Should I mention what is my legal status in Egypt by anyhow, and would it cause a problem to show up the travel document on which my residence is stamped?
4. Does it matter for CANADA to have both; Regular Passport and Travel Document as well?
5. My police certificate in Egypt is issued upon my Travel Document, so I have to show it up.
6. Can I apply with such a case from the beginning?
Note: I am not a refugee claimant to Canada, only to Egypt.
Kindly help me to figure out what exactly should I do to proceed with ITA.
Best Regards,
