I came to Canada in January 2017 to pursue my PG certificate program of 8 months from Conestoga college,Ontario and after the completion of this course i moved to Regina, Saskatchewan for another 8 months PG certificate program which started in the month of September of 2017. Unfortunately on the 16th of November my father passed away in India and being the only child i had to rush back for the funeral. I was told by my program head that i will be given 3 weeks of compassionate leave but after reaching India within a week i got an email from him stating that doesn't matter what time i come back now i will not be allowed to continue the program and i will have to start all over again.
Now, im back again and i don't have the financial aid to pay the same amount of fees again and start the same thing again, I want to apply for my PGWP as i have already completed one PG program from the Conestoga college, but my 90 days have exceeded to apply for it as I was enrolled as a student at that time.
Can I still apply for the PGWP?
