URGENT! PCC issuing location - Passport Issuing place or place of residence?

Hi,

My Application was rejected due to the reason that PCC issued was not covering all years since 18 years of age. The one PCC I attached was issued to me from Pune Police Commissioner Office, which stated time period of last 4 years and it became the reason for rejection.

I am once again heading to application, and need some guidance, where to get PCC issued from... I am Pune resident since last 4 years and my passport was issued from Jaipur.
One thing I came to know from forums is that PSK does not write any time period on document and thus is safe to provide.
Now I have below question:

1. Will it be ok to get PCC issued from Pune PSK, or should I get from Jaipur PSK?
2. If I provide Jaipur PSK provided PCC, should I attach alongwith the PCC from Pune Police Commissioner Office as well?


Please guide the best way to go ahead. Its very urgent!!!

You can get your PCC from any PSK in India, and it counts, because they do not specify any location. It's a national database check so you'll be safe as long as you submit that.
