Urgent: PCC dates query

I just received my PCC. have lived on multiple addresses since I turned 18, all in one city, (Peshawar, Pakistan). My PCC runs like this:

"There is nothing adverse/Criminal record against him/her on the record of local police station to date. Further verification on his permanent address maybe asked from home district."

There is no mention of the year from which I am in peshawar, mentioning only "Till date". Is that fine? Or should I ask them to put "since date of turning 18 till present date"

Also, do I need to get the PCC from district of permanent address also, even if not lived there since 18?

Please help.

I'm not sure you can ask the authorities to change the pre-existing format of the PCC, to suit CIC's requirements. CIC are well aware that each entity has their own format that they follow, so they will most likely respect this.

i was born in Pakistan in 1984 and lived there permanently until 2002. then i started travelling abroad and only visited Pakistan for short holidays. my last visit to Pakistan was in 2013 and now i have no plans to go there. i have got British passport now and i have renounced my Pakistani citizenship in 2016

in this case what should be mentioned in my Pakistani police certificate? i turned 18 in 2002 so i guess the certificate must mention the dates from 2002 until my last visit in 2013. is that right?

does it have to mention each of my travel dates to Pakistan from 2002 when I first left the country or does it only require to say that from 2002 (when I turned 18) until my last visit to Pakistan in 2013, I never had any criminal record?

which passport number should be mentioned in the certificate? my previous Pakistani passport which i surrendered or the new current British passport which I got in 2016? I think its Pakistani passport because I didn't have uk passport that time

My point is that the format differs from country to country; CIC knows that. Often, they cannot adjust the template to suit an individual's needs.

The PCC needs to be issued after the last time you lived in that country, unless it's your current country of residence; in which case it needs to have been issued no longer than 6 months before you submit your e-APR. Your travel and personal history will help CIC to corroborate the dates.
