URGENT PASSPORT REQUEST

Hello

Got request for original passport today after online application. I am in Florida visiting family and my visa office is Port of Spain.

2 questions:

1) can I fly to Trinidad and submit passport request and passport in person to expedite the process?

2) if I decide to stay in Florida can I submit my passport here and which locations can I do this? I realize I have to email port of Spain to let them know.

I would almost rather just fly to Trinidad because I don't like being without my passport while travelling but I don't know if you are allowed to do it this way (drop off passport for stamping in person) or if it has to be mailed and mailed back. If yes how do I arrange?

Usually this is not allowed, but you can check their webpage or email them to make sure.
