URGENT: Option to upload an LoE at document checklist stage?

Hi everyone, up until yesterday I saw the option to upload an "additional document" in a specific placeholder. However I seem not to have this option anymore. I tried erasing data, clearing cache, using different browsers, nothing has worked so far. Is any of you facing the same issue? Also, was there not a "language" placeholder up to recently to upload IELTS?

Okay. Sometimes that CIC page acts up.

1. Upload IELTS report in education section with your WES Report and Degree from College. There is no language placeholder as far as I know.
2. Try Google Chrome. And log out and in of MyCIC until the LOE placeholder shows up. It does seem to disappear quite often when using IE to browse.

Sometimes even the fee breakdown at the bottom of the page disappears. There are a few kinks they need to work on.

Thanks for that, I tried chrome and Firefox. Issue still crops up. I'll try to muster enough patience to log in/out multiple times before cursing cic's system again.
