Can somebody please help me with finding a link to the online application for visitor visa from inside Canada? The CIC website is not straightforward... My partner needs to change from IEC visa to visitor visa in the next 2 weeks and we don't seem to be able to find the right link...

thanks!!

thank you so much- but when you click on 'apply online' it takes to a page to login in to CIC using GCKey- once we do that there's no obvious link for the application, it just takes him to his old EIC page...

Your partner needs to apply to change conditions and extend their stay as a visitor. This is completely different than applying for a visitor visa.

Yes, your partner will have to use GCKey to login to MyCIC and apply from there.

That's in both cases, whether you really intend to apply for a TRV (if your partner is exiting Canada and coming back), or your partner needs to change status while remaining in Canada, as canuck in uk said.

Your partner can also answer the wizard, and the completed questionnaire will allow them to link the application details to their existing MyCIC account.
