Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone of you have used old work reference letter (experience letter) and passed the eligibility check. I am currently filling up my application for PR and I am claiming points for both canadian and foreign work experiences, However, my foreign experience reference letter was issued on 2018. My question is: Can somone use a letter from 2018 to claim points for foreign experience ? as I lost my contacts in that company ,but I have all my pay stubs for all months.

Thanks

There is not much harm, only if the reference is verifiable. If Canadian government official reach out to your employer using the contact information on it, they should be able to talk to someone.
