I started my procedure for Nova Scotia immigration program this month under the skilled worker's(without offer letter) category. I have cleared my IELTS and I do fulfill other requirements of this category but now I have been informed by my consultant that I am not eligible for this category since I have my sister residing there in Saskatchewan and is a PR holder.
I went through the application guide they say the condition one can not apply for this category is, if ttheir parents,spouse,conjugal partners or common law are PR or citizen of Canada. It no where mentions about one's brother or sister's status and their eligibility.
please guide me if any one of you are aware with such issue of eligibility..
