I am in a bit of a hard situation, I got two different job offers, the first one is Business banking advisor and here are the duties:
  • Provide professional financial advice to new and existing business clients
  • Recommend products, services, and/or share information with clients to meet their unique immediate and future financial needs
  • Support business & personal product and service recommendations with details that are easily understood and convert value towards the clients’ stated needs
  • Manage risk and compliance routines when carrying out transactions
  • Achieve higher levels of proficiency by providing effective advice to clients regarding deposit, cash management and payment processing needs
  • Demonstrates commitment to First Call Resolution by taking ownership & accountability of client problems at first point of contact
  • Proactively and diligently enable clients to digitally self-serve


    The second job is fraud’s specialist at BMO but I don’t have the duties…
    ALSO, I’m not sure about the noc code for credit cards specialist at CIBC, here are the duties:

    • Responsible for identifying customers' needs, and responding to credit service related inquiries received via verbal/written/e-mail communication from internal or external customers and other financial institutions. Ensuring accurate information regarding policies and procedures, credit card acceptance and obligation is provided in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.
    • Listening actively to clients' questions or concerns to determine the problem, do research or take necessary measures to achieve resolution, relying on good judgment, decision-making skills, and procedural knowledge.
    • Responding to incoming or making outbound calls, in a pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner; linking all aspects of the call within expectations of the Branded Customer Experience.
    • Taking full ownership of the call and responding by telephone and/or in writing in a friendly, courteous, informed and professional manner that meets our national quality guide.
      Understanding, updating, and validating customer's information; completing the process by adjudicating the credit card application and providing a (approval or refusal) response to the customer.
    • Resolving credit card application inquiry by utilizing most current Review, Secured, Duplication, Missing and Verification rules in conjunction with credit bureau reports and financial analysis to assist in the final decision.
    • Processing credit limit change requested from cardholder and/or branch, using clear and empathetic judgment when evaluating a request.



  • Processing Account Reinstatement where credit was revoked.


    Assessing requests to release Hypothecated accounts.


    Actively participating as a member of the team, working effectively with others, sharing knowledge and experiences, with a goal of achieving customer service excellence
