I am from India and have applied for my parents under the Family class program to Canada and i have sent the application on September 2019.
I received a letter from CIC(Text below for Reference) that PR Medicals submitted previously have expired. But I did not receive Medical Instructions yet and due date to complete medicals is in the next couple of days.
Can I use the IME# from the previous medical request? Tried reaching out to CIC but no feedback received till now.
CIC sent Letter for Medical Results Expiry:

Your application is currently in queue for processing. However, the medical results on file have expired or are due to expire in the upcoming months. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend these results and their current validity is insufficient for finalization.

This requirement cannot be waived. Instructions for your new medicals have been sent to you separately.
If you or your family members (if applicable) are unable to complete the medical examination, you must notify our office before the due date with an explanation
