urgent no aor but ecas in process

Hey guys i didnt receive aor but my ecas is in process ..i know that they messed up with my email..what is the best way to inform them??

It has also happened to me. If anyone has been through the problem, please kindly suggest the best way to correct the email and ask them to resend the AOR email.
