Both these are quite serious, and your best course of action is to consult an Immigration Attorney. This isn't something you can learn and challenge in a few days.

Then you have been banned for one year (or possibly five years, if it's for misrepresentation) and cannot return in that period without an Authorization to Return to Canada.
If you're not a PR or a protected person, there is no right of appeal to the Immigration and Refugee Board

Then you need to leave the country before April 6. Make sure to confirm your departure with CBSA - when you leave, ask to get a departure stamp in your passport. This will help you to come back to Canada once your 1 year is over.
If you do not follow the instructions, you may be barred from Canada for life.
Seriously, talk to a lawyer. Don't try and get information from a forum for something of this magnitude and with such a short timeframe to do anything.
Here's what got you into this mess in the first place - you were not eligible to apply for a work permit from within Canada or at the Port of Entry. If you had left and applied from your home country, you wouldn't be facing this problem.
